Take Action
Our Goals:
TO Wards Peace is placed and population-based model, designed to support youth ages 12-29 and their families who are impacted by or at risk of experiencing violence. Through partnerships with grassroots organizations, TWP offers culturally relevant and trauma-informed services, and access to resources tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Whether seeking intervention, prevention or interruption, the program provides a safe space for community members to receive support and build pathways towards peace.
1. Reduce the number of violent incidents in local Toronto communities.
2. Reduce risk factors leading to violence or increased risk of involvement of violence.
3. Increase capacity, coordination, and collaboration within communities and across systems.
